At Room & Decor, we want you to love your home as much as we do. If a piece doesn’t perfectly fit your space, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand off your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
