What are your standard shipping times?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, though larger furniture items may require additional time for specialized freight handling.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition and packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Room & Decor ships to the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We are working on expanding our delivery services to international locations in the near future.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as digital payment options like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all furniture items come with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Decorative accessories are covered for 90 days from the date of purchase.
